A Route to Communication

A Route to Communication

The journey we’ve taken so far has allowed us to reflect on how brands can tell their story, finding their own voice that transforms a clear and simple message into something interesting and unique. This process is essential to an integrated strategy aimed at fostering an organization’s long-term success.

Say U is committed to addressing the challenges of communication—in a highly dynamic environment where the public’s desire for interaction is increasingly evident—on a daily basis, through strategies tailored to the needs identified in each project.

It was through our relationship with Associação Acredita Portugal and with the candidates and winners of its Entrepreneurship Competitions that we conceived “GO360º – PR4StartUPs”—a model developed to be applied to the design of communication strategies for startup businesses. In these interactions, we have repeatedly emphasized that a well-defined communication strategy is a key component of any startup’s marketing, since the right actions help explain the product or service, build reputation, trust, and credibility, and foster sustainable interest, contributing to the longevity of brands.

This model served as the starting point for the “COMM Route for Startups and Entrepreneurs”, a series of workshops focused on the challenges of communication in a startup, which is currently touring the country in collaboration with national incubator partners (Porto, Lisbon, Almada, Vila Nova de Gaia, Guimarães, and Faro).

It is this aspect of recognition that forms the basis for the ability to create an original narrative that brings together experience, know-how, and a connection to the community. Integrating communication into the strategy makes it possible to categorize and frame solutions within a coherent narrative—a crucial factor in aligning the brand and its message with the issues and needs of the audience it serves and targets.

More than just a prerequisite, communication is essential for companies seeking to stand out and gain recognition in an increasingly competitive and demanding market. Any good idea must evolve from a mere theoretical concept into something tangible that will be evaluated by its audience. This engagement and the relationship we aim to build require telling a story that establishes a meaningful and emotional connection.
