ColourTrip reinforces positioning with GO360º model

The tourist animation company ColourTrip is repositioning its communication in the market at the end of the year. The strategy is based on the GO360º model applied by Say U Consulting the promotion of the brand and combines the launch of a new website and the reinforcement of the presence on social networks, with the aim of proximity to the public and increased visibility.

 

Lisbon, December 20th, 2016 - Say U Consulting is responsible for the repositioning strategy of ColourTrip, the company responsible for Tuk Tuk tours and personalized tours, in the form of presentation of the brand's offer and contact with the market. The strategy to be implemented makes use of the "GO360º" model developed by the consultancy, including the launch of a new website and the goal of boosting the communication implemented through the platforms of social media of the brand. The aim is to increase visibility among national and international audiences, with a particular focus on the B2B segment, for which ColourTrip offers specific services.

For Ana Teresa Alves, ColourTrip Coordinator "this year and a half of activity has allowed us to understand how the market behaves and what the public's expectations are, and has given us the necessary experience to define an offer that we consider interesting in the context in which we operate". José Pedro Alves, also ColourTrip Coordinator, reinforces that "the aim is to give more visibility to an increasingly diverse range of experiences".

The relevance of the "GO360º" model in this context is pointed out by Marta Gonçalves, Managing Partner of Say U Consulting, for whom "It makes perfect sense to apply this methodology, which makes use of Say U Consulting's know-how and experience and is geared towards designing communication strategies for startup businesses. Say U's experience in this area makes it possible to think strategically about communication and turn it into an element capable of boosting the recognition and differentiation of the ColourTrip brand.".

 The "GO360º" model implemented in this strategy is Say U Consulting's answer to startups and emerging projects on the market. The consultant's experience in dealing with the creation of effective communication strategies for new projects was an indicator of the need to develop solutions adapted to this reality, which has its own characteristics and challenges. The idealized model, which is close to the size and orientation of this type of organization, makes it easier to design and implement structured plans that are in line with the reality of this segment.

Having started its activity in July 2015 with a range of Tuk Tuk tours in the city of Lisbon, the brand currently has a fleet of 12 Tuk Tuks, 6 of which are electric, and a 7-seater van for tours in and around the capital.

In addition to Tuk Tuk tours in Lisbon, ColourTrip offers personalized tours to other destinations in Portugal - such as Fátima and Sintra - and services aimed at corporate clients. Of particular note in this category are the team building activities for the B2B segment. The quality of the service provided and the orientation of the offer made available justified the award of the Authentic Experience Award in Lisbon 2016, a recognition given by the Luxury Travel Guide.
