KCS IT exceeds 15M€ of invoicing

TURNOVER: KCS IT EXCEEDS 15M EUROS

In 2019, KCS IT surpassed the historic milestone of €15M in turnover with a remarkable growth of 41%. The consultancy's strategy for the coming year includes the development of new areas of activity, original solutions aligned with the market and expansion into international geographies.

Lisbon, March 2020 - KCS IT closed 2019 with a turnover of €16.4 million, a growth of 41% compared to the previous year and a historic milestone: the consultancy surpassed the €15 million mark for the first time. KCS IT's team also grew considerably last year, adding 100 employees to a total of 418 professionals. Of particular note was the growth of operations based in Porto, which contributed €3.1 million to the final figure. In 2019, offices were opened in the Central region (Leiria) and the Azores (Terceira island), contributing to the company's physical expansion and affirming a culture of proximity to clients, partners and employees.

The 2020/2021 plan includes the objectives of expanding the existing network of clients, boosting presence in international markets and identifying new demographic segments and sectors of activity, boosting projects in areas such as PPM (Project & Strategy Management Services) and Nearshore.

The year 2019 was marked by the opening of a KCS IT office in the Azores, as part of the Terceira Tech Island skills center. Its goals are to create an innovation unit in the archipelago, to develop original products and programs in the fields of health, education, predictive systems and AI, to mature and develop local consultants professionally and to empower them as Hub innovation and Nearshore Delivery.
