Kelly Services makes attracting the best professionals on the market and its internal culture factors for differentiation and growth. The organization's efforts in this regard were recognized in the Best Companies to Work For initiative.

Lisbon, 09 February 2015 - A Kelly Services has been recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Portugal. With a commitment to attracting the best professionals in the market, the organization aims to increase the size of its team in 20% in the medium term.

Through internal initiatives, Kelly services has sought to intensify the company's culture, bring professionals closer together and reinforce what sets the organization apart - the people, the work environment, customer orientation and the fact that they are a young and dynamic team within a multinational company.

Recognition in the "Best Companies to Work For" initiative comes from two different components of analysis: the first is the result of a confidential questionnaire carried out among employees; the second is a qualitative analysis of the Human Capital management practices followed by the organization.

The "100 Best Companies to Work For" study is an annual initiative carried out by Exame magazine in partnership with the consulting firm Accenture.
