Key Services: KCS IT grows with innovative solutions

KCS IT is committed to its consultancy unit - Key Services - which responds to its clients' needs for closed projects, grants, nearshore services, audits and outsourcing of services. Key Services has been restructured and now consists of five operational areas. This growth has required the expansion of its offices.

Lisbon, March 26th, 2019 - A KCS IT has restructured its Key Services area, which provides solutions in the areas of Innovation, Research & Design, Digital Marketing and Digital Product Development. Its areas of specialization are focused on business consultancy, designing interactive digital experiences, communication strategies and creative ideas in the main communication channels, integrated digital campaigns for brands or products, management and monitoring of social networks and development of websites and/or applications.

Key Services' structure has been restructured and now has a total of five operational axes: leadership; operations to retain and obtain new clients; development and technology; project management and digital marketing.

Key Services is also responsible for the Akademy and the R&D department at KCS IT. In this way, the focus on training new talent for the world of innovation continues to be a priority, taking into account the needs of the market as well as the career expectations of each consultant. The Handfree Operating Theatre (H.O.T) System, InovAR (Indoor Navigation), Payroll (invoicing software) and Design System (frontend development library) projects are the result of the consultancy's academies and the aim is to help birth innovation projects using disruptive technologies.

For Tiago Farinha, Managing Director of KCS IT, "This is just another stage in what has been the growth of KCS IT over the last few years. In 2018 we celebrated 10 years of existence and it is one of our objectives to continue to grow in a sustained manner and in line with the needs identified in the market". Regarding the growth of Key Services, he highlights this unit as "a result the result of the commitment and quality that our employees put into the projects developed" and points out the goals already set for this sustained growth: "increasing our client portfolio, focusing on the international market, continuing to equip our team with new technical skills and growing in new technological areas".

The Key Services team currently has 36 employees and works with clients from a wide range of countries, including the United States, Angola and Luxembourg.

In order to cope with Key Services' growth, KCS iT has decided to expand its physical space in Lisbon. It now occupies the entire 4th floor of the Picoas Plaza Building, Rua Viriato, 13E, núcleo 6. The Key Services team has 120m² of floor space at its disposal.
