Say Reputation - The impact of the pandemic has revealed weaknesses and required not only showing but also appearing resilient. The post-pandemic environment will require more transparency. It will be essential for organizations to project their reputation and consolidate their relationships with all their stakeholders, through communication aimed at building trust.

A communication emerges as the key to ensuring an effective link between organizations and audiences. A communication that presupposes the combination of specialized experience and know-how with the development of appropriate tools to gain notoriety, which allows to establish a dynamic of validation and commitment.

In this context, reputation should be understood as the continuous improvement of all relevant actions and behaviours within the organization, in order to meet stakeholders' expectations and enhance feelings of admiration, esteem, respect and trust. Reputation management and the development of specific competencies to measure and manage reputational risk is a powerful driver to promote the continuous transformation of the organization in search of excellence.
